About Dr. Lubna
Dr. Lubna Hoque is a General Practice Registrar who joined Ridge Medical Centre in February 2025. She holds a Bachelor of Medicine, a Master of Public Health, and a Diploma in Paediatrics.
Before beginning GP training, Lubna worked across several Perth hospitals including Joondalup Hospital, Armadale Hospital, St John of God Midland Hospital, Bunbury Hospital, and Royal Perth Hospital. This experience spanned a variety of areas including General Medicine, Paediatrics, Emergency Medicine, Rehabilitation, and Surgery.
Lubna began her medical career in Australia as an International Medical Graduate and successfully completed the Australian Medical Council exams. She enjoys all aspects of general practice, with a particular interest in Child Health, Women’s Health, Preventive Health, and Chronic Disease management.
Outside of work, Lubna enjoys reading, travelling, and spending time with her young family.
Dr. Hoque speaks English, Bangla, Urdu, and Hindi.
